Atlantic Cabs Website and Mobile Application is made by ABIT CORP.These terms and conditions ("User Terms") apply to Your visit to and use of the Site whether through a computer or a mobile phone, the Service and the Application, as well as to all information, recommendations and or services provided to You on or through the Site, the Service and the Application. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. By clicking on the "I ACCEPT" button, You are consenting to be bound by these User Terms. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Atlantic Cabs services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. Atlantic Cabs may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.Your acceptance of the User Terms shall be deemed to include your acceptance of the privacy policy available at http://cabatlantic.com/index.php/site/privacy_policy

How to Use our Services

The service allows you to send a request through cabatlantic.com to a drivers who are in our network. The TPSP(third party service provider),vehicle or operators of the cabs has sole and complete discretion to accept or reject each request for service. If the TPSP accepts a request, Atlantic cabs notifies you and provides information regarding the TPSP - including driver name, vehicle number - and the ability to contact the TPSP by telephone. So in all there are 3 ways to get the cab

  • Book from mobile
  • Book from website
  • Book from call

How to book from a call:
  • If you do not own a smart phone then you just need to give your number to us will provide you unique id with which you can do booking anywhere with the help of driver showing that unique registered id
  • Another way is to call customer care number & provide email or mobile number source destination will send driver at your door to pick you up
How to book from application:
  • If you are a new user register first by providing basic details then you get otp which will automatically redirect you to login screen
  • Login with user name and select your destination confirm the booking & enjoy the ride
How to book from website:

Register then login provide your source and destination & you will get cab at your location.

Atlantic Cabs agreement with customer

If anytime you use our services, you enter into a contract with Atlantic cabs (the "Contract"). In order to be able to use the Service, you first need to read and accept the terms and conditions on the website or mobile application. If you reside in a jurisdiction that restricts the use of the Service because of age, or restricts the ability to enter into contracts such as this one due to age, you must abide by such age limits and you must not use the Service.

Your use of the services
  • Services will be used for your personal use if you are downloading for yourself you cannot resell to any third party
  • Authorization of your account access cannot be given to anyone
  • Assigning your account information to other party or any legal entity is not allowed
  • You will not use an account that is subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization
  • You will not impair the proper operation of the network;
  • You will not use the Service or Application for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to sending or storing any unlawful material or for fraudulent purposes
  • You will not use the Service or Application to cause nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience
  • Copy the application or service without any permission of Atlantic Cabs is not allowed
  • Keep your account password or any identification secured and confidential with Atlantic Cabs which allows access to the Service through any booking channel
  • You will not try to harm the Service or Application in any way whatsoever
  • Use only authorized network to get our services
Payment Mode

You may choose to pay for the Services by either the methods:

  • Cash payment: When you reached the destination you need to pay cash directly to the driver.
  • Online Payment:
    • Paytm: When you reached the destination you can pay via Paytm through your mobile application on behalf of driver
    • Payzapp: Online payment for trips shall be made to Us at the time you reach destination through payzapp powered by one or more third party payment processors ("Payment Processors"). When You choose to make an online payment, We shall collect the fare on behalf of the driver. You acknowledge that collection of the fare on behalf of the driver in no way implies that the transportation services are being provided to You by Us. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with Your use of the Payzapp will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor that We engage for the purpose. We will not be responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor. In connection with Your use of the Services, We will obtain certain transaction details, which We will use solely in accordance with its privacy policy. In the event the payment cannot be accepted through the method offered on the Application, You shall be required to pay the fare of the transportation services in

Booking Confirmation

Booking will be confirmed only when Atlantic cabs drivers or vehicles are available in your network and on receiving your request they can accept or reject depending on their availability and situation. AC will be informing you via sms whether driver has accepted or rejected your request with reason. If the booking is confirmed, you shall check the booking details including but not limited to pick up time and pick up place, and if there is incorrect detail, the same needs to be informed to us immediately by calling our call center at 7400686868 in Indore

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booking can only be done one hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services.Cancellation of booking within 1 hour of travel might attract cancellation charges. Instances where booking was made under a Flat Rate, 50% of the fare shall be payable as cancellation fee. Instances where fare is payable as per the taxi meter, 50% of the minimum fare is payable.If advance payment is done from passenger side in on online mode and cancels the trip before 1 hour of booking then the refund will be made in online mode to customers within 5 days.You will be always intimated if your booking is confirmed,cancelled,driver details,ride details and amount paid via sms and email.All these information will also be available on website if you want to see just login on website.

Customer responsibilities hiring Atlantic Cabs

You cannot drink or smoke in the vehicles it is strictly prohibited if found or complaint coming from driver you will be liable to pay additional fees.Secondly you cannot misbehave with the driver you shall also be liable to pay the fees as set out below. In the event you fail to pay fees after the completion of the trip, we may at our discretion, take such steps as may be available to us under law. You shall also be blacklisted as a result of non-payment of fees or misbehaving as the case may be and you shall not be eligible to avail of our Services in future.We have provided a support system and FAQ on website and mobile application.you can raise your issues,suggestions on support ticket or you can directly communicate with us at email address:support@cabatlantic.com. Atlantic Cabs shall respond to your issues within 24 hours of working days of your reporting the same. It is hereby clarified that issues are resolved on severity basis, and certain may be resolved earlier than the other. However, Atlantic cabs shall not be liable for any damages or losses in the event you are not satisfied with any such resolution.

Dispute Resolution

These User Terms are subject to the laws of India. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these User Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Website, the Service or the Application will be settled exclusively by the competent court in Indore, India, unless you notify Atlantic cabs within one month after Atlantic cabs invoking its right pursuant to this provision to commence court proceedings in India, that you demand settlement of the dispute, claim or controversy at hand before the relevant court competent by law.


Atlantic cabs is only a service provider or facilitator connecting passenger with the driver so cannot guarantee the availability of a vehicle even though the booking is confirmed. However, we will endeavour to arrange a vehicle for you, failing which, Atlantic cabs shall inform you 10 minutes before the pickup time. Based on your response, Atlantic Cabs shall continue searching for a vehicle. However, such failure in providing a cab shall not make Atlantic Cabs liable for any damages as you have been informed sufficiently in advance of such unavailability.
